I'm currently researching for an article about climbing and osteoporosis.  I’m keen to hear from any climbers of any age or gender who have been diagnosed with osteoporosis or osteopenia - whether or not it has affected your climbing.

(Your identity would of course be completely anonymised unless you prefer otherwise.)

I'm a university lecturer and yoga teacher specialising in yoga for climbers and yoga for health conditions.   The osteoporosis article will be the first full in-depth feature on my yoga for climbers blog/website, https://verticalyoga.org/

I'm hoping to share it widely to climbers at risk of osteoporosis, especially women climbers and older climbers.

If you would be willing to share any experiences for the article please email me via my UKC profile.

Thanks to everyone who responded 🙂.

I'm still completing research on the article, so if anyone else would be willing to share experiences, do message me via my UKC profile (or on this thread if you prefer).

I'll share a link to the article on here once it's published.
