Spotted on social media that Mathew Wright has made the 4th ascent of Lexicon. Surprised the news hasn't made it on to UKC yet?

The route is seeing a real flurry of activity and I am sure there will be more interest this summer. For such a route to have so many suitors is really exciting to see!

I also noticed no announcement. Top effort from Mat. High end sport climbing strength making short work of our hardest trad lines! Quickly becoming one of the UKs best allrounders. Hubble and E11... pretty exclusive little club!

That's great - is he's a bit of a dark horse? I googled his name thinking I had never heard of him before, but then saw the stories of him doing Hubble two years ago and I do remember seeing those stories. Perhaps I haven't been paying attention to all the news stories of hard ascents in the last couple of years. But anyway, what an achievement! Well done Mat.
