It's been like that for 3+ years. I had the conversation with Cumbria Bolt Fund about it in 2017, no-one seemed interested. I've been skilled up now for bolting, just need some free time to replace it, or another willing volunteer to step in. The number of folk available and keen to rebolt unsafe existing routes is tiny compared to those willing to add new low grade routes to the local sport crags.
