I pulled a block off the top pitch of Wurlitzer yesterday, just below the top peg at the crux. It smashed my big toe so couldn't hang around to assess how the climb is affected. I think it would be prudent to abb down and inspect things if you were planning to lead it. There are good anchors (threads) at the top.
