I'm planning some climbing coaching workshops and coaching holidays, and keen to know other peoples experiences of being a participant. What would you say has been good, and not so good, about any group coaching workshops and organised coaching/climbing holidays you have attended??
What worked really well in your opinion?
And what didn't work well, or you would want to change?
(for example: group sizes, content, how things were delivered, amount of focussed coaching time vs your own time to practise and reflect, did it feel catered specifically to you, what affect did it have on your climbing, what did you most value out of the time......)
