Account "currently inactive" in app

Hi UKC,


I've been trying to use the Rockfax app to access paid crag topos. I've followed the email link to activate my account. However, the app doesn't acknowledge that my account has been activated, even though the website does. I also tried creating an account for my wife (account: matii), but she has the same problem.

What can I do to get the app working?

Hi there, can you confirm for me that you've signed into the app with your ukc account?

You do this in the settings tab under My Account. 

You'll also need to have a paid subscription, which you can get at https://rockfax.app

Thanks for the reply.


I'm signed on on the app, though when I sign in it tells me that my account is inactive.
 

However, I didn't realise that I needed to subscribe!

Sorry the wording in the app is not very clear. The rules of the app stores mean we can't be more explicit.
