App Crashes Constantly on iPad

Hi,

Does anyone know how to fix the above? I’m on the lates IOS operating system.

Sorry, but can't help with a fix. Suffice to say that Rockfax hasn't worked on my iPad for the best part of 2 years. I've deleted and re-installed the app but it makes no difference, it just crashes every time I try to open it. Lots of guides that I can no longer access....waste of money!

Sorry to hear this. What iPads do you both have?

There’s a bug that happens sometimes during updates to the database that corrupts it. I’ve not yet figured this one out, but it could be that. To fix this one you need to delete and reinstall the app. This doesn’t apply to you pj of course. I’ve never come across the situation where reinstalling doesn’t work.

Perhaps I owe Rockfax an apology. I've just gone to the app and it now opens! It wouldn't open back in July when I last tried it, despite numerous re-installs. Perhaps the most recent os updates have helped. Now I need to get my purchases back.

I'll update when I succeed.
