hey guys, having a problem with the app (which I’ve downloaded in anticipation of using with the subscription next month - great idea!)

Specifically, after I’ve downloaded a crag the photos for the topos are showing up as black backgrounds. I tried rebooting the app and re-downloading crags; problem persists, with some crags never displaying the topo photo at all, some doing so at first then going black. 

I’m using the most up to date version, on iOS, with an iPhone 8.

We have heard of this but it tends to be for a specific topo, not for them all.

Can you send a support request from the app - Settings > Help & Support > Email Us - this sends a data file with the email which helps us find problems. 

In that email it would be great if you could say which crags have black topos. Is it just one, or is it all of them?
