Can you send a support email from within the app - Settings > Help & Support > Email Us
The Apple app store has many faults, and allowing apps to connect to it is one of them which will be sorted soon when we move our packages away from the App Store. One thing that is reliable though is that it will never charge you twice for the same package assuming you are logged in on the same Apple ID. It sometimes looks like it will but when you click pay it comes up with a ‘you have already paid for this’ warning, ‘do you still want to download it.’
