Issues with App

Is anyone having any issues getting into the app? When I click on it the page loads but immediately it kicks me out.
Anyone had a similar issued and managed to resolve it?

Hi Max, sorry for the late reply, only just noticed this. You can get feedback quicker in the future using support@rockfax.com

There's been a slight issue for some users with the latest app update. If you uninstall the app and re-install it it should be fine though.

Once it's re-installed go to Home > My Account then click on Restore Purchases. This should allow you re-download any crags you've bought before.
