Legacy Crags issue

I have a few crags purchased before the subscription based system. I was playing about and noticed that the crags that I have already paid for are not being displayed. I have gone to Settings>My Account>Manage Legacy Crags. This allows me to download a particular crag. But when I go to my Crags on the Crag tab all greyed out and suggest I pay for a subscription. (In near future I may just go for the subscription, next major update)

Anyone suggest where here I am going wrong?

Very sorry about that. Can you send me a support request from within the app and I'll sort you out. 

Settings tab -> Help and Support -> Email Us
