Moderators problem.

I don't know if this is the right forum but I just had an email from UKC saying that there was an update on one of the crags I moderate. So I read the email which said there was a new route at the crag, I thought the grade was a bit unusual so I tried to contact the first acsentionist but all I got was my own logbook. I decided to contact the moderators helpline when I completed the enquiry I pressed the send button and a menu appeared showing several photos, some of which were cars, I identified the cars and tried send again and was told I had failed the security test. Is this the new normal?

Bump, This is very frustrating, at the moment 210 people have read my post and yet I've received no reply from UKC.

Sorry, missed this. Sounds like your IP address triggered the extra anti-SPAM protection on Contact Us page. I'll try and get it to trigger here and see what happened. Can you send a link to the climb you had problems with please?
