Hi Jono. That's an elusive bug I've been trying to track down for a while. I think the system has incorrectly "tidied up" the images for that map.
You can trigger a new map download by deleting the crag, then immediately reinstalling it. This will make it request the maps again (the crag package will still be on the device at this point so that won't need downloading).
