Restored membership purchases and cannot access

Hello

I restored my subscription but cant down load any crags. Using ios.

Please help.

Hi Geoff, it looks like your subscription ran out on 29/06 according to our system.

When you say you restored it, can you tell me what you did exactly?

To reactivate a subscription, you can sign in at https://rockfax.app and manage your account there.

HI, I'm having similar issues. I'm a UKC Supporter, but apparently not a supporter plus. 

It looks like i don't have an active App subscription at the moment, I can't work out how to either change to a supporter plus or subscribe specifically to the app.

I've tried rockfax.app and https://www.ukclimbing.com/user/supporter/manage.php

they both just lead round in circles, I can't even see the option to subscribe in the app store anymore.
