My rockfax account remains inactive and can't download any crags eventhough I am logged in with this ukc profile.
I've seen this has happened before to many users. Is there anything I can do? Thanks
It looks like you have not yet taken out a subscription.
If you head over to https://rockfax.digital/ you will be able to sign in and purchase a subscription there.
