Sorry about that. I'm not sure how that has happened.
How many crags have you installed in that area? Are there other areas that you are also experiencing this issue?
Firstly, can you try uninstalling and reinstalling one of the crags with this issue? If this fixes the issue you may need to reinstall the crags where this is occouring.
If you need further support the best way to get me is emailing within the app under Settings->Help and Support->Email Us. That also provides us with some logging information that could help diagnose the issue.
