UKC

Hi guys recently subscribed as a ukc supporter mainly for the Rockfax digital. However it will not let me log into the app. I've tried username, email and my password is correct but i cant get past the solid green login screen and it just repeats the request was unsuccessful.

Any ideas.

Are you sure you opted for the Supporter Plus package? It looks like you might just be a Supporter which doesn't include Rockfax Digital?

If this is the case then let us know and we can let you know how to upgrade.
