UKC

When I try to login to the app, it just keeps telling me the login was unsuccessful. The username and password are correct when i enter them, so i am not sure what the problem is.

I have a similar problem. I'm trying to link my UKC account to Rockfax and Rockfax says nickname already taken.

Are you trying to log in with an old Rockfax account? A message similar to this is displayed when we can't convert that old account to a new account. I will email you just now to provide you support.
