On the route descriptions on the rockfax app, next to the grades, there is a number and letter that I don't understand. Such as 1t or 1s or 2tp. What is the meaning of this? 

That must be a glitch in the way the routes are displaying, it is the shorthand we use when writing the descriptions, the number is the stars and the letter is the style icon, technical, sustained, pumpy etc.

Hopefully someone will sort that shortly,

What crag/route is this for? Is it showing on other routes or just this one? What device are you running the app on?

I am using a Honor 9 lite, with Android 8.0.0 if that's any help. Thanks for reassuring me I'm not completely mad. 

See above reply for device. It is for almost all trad routes in Westcountry Climbs and Dorset. That is all I have currently downloaded.
