UKC

Rockfax app says my UKC account is inacti. Just testing to see if posting here will reactivate it, though also open to suggestions...

I think that just means you don't have a current app subscription.

Can't see a way within the app to subscribe. It's linked to my UKC account and I can access the free download areas like Dorset. I did get an email a while ago to say my UKC account was going to be deactivated, but here I am using it. Perhaps there is some lag in the two things joining up?

Sorry it's not more obvious from within the app. We can't link to it directly as we don't use Google or Apple as payment methods.

I'll have a look into the account deactivation email, they shouldn't get sent if you're an app user.
