/ Your UKC/Rockfax account is inactive
I've just subscribed to the Rockfax yearly subscription.
When I try and sign into the app it says signin successful, followed by "Your UKC/Rockfax account is currently inactive", and I can't download any crags.
I'm in exactly the same boat signed up today and cant get it to work.😪

I seem to be getting similar problem having just signed up for the app on my android phone, it lets me into the first crag in each guide but anything further down the list throes up the "account inactive" message, any advice please?

Do you have a subscription? I can't see one associated with your UKC account your posting with. You can subscribe here: https://rockfax.app/.
Everything seems to be working fine at this end, although it's possible we're having intermittent server issues. I'll look into it.

Have you signed in under Settings - > My Account.
I've realised a lot of people are missing this so we're going to update the app this weekend to make this clearer.

Yes, i'm signed in via the (new?) link to the app sign in page at rockfax.app
You need to be signed in to the app itself, not the website in the browser.
Open the app, tap the "Settings" tab, then "My Account", then "Sign in".
