This quarry is now closed and from what i saw from the road the other day was, the buildings have been removed and some landscaping has taken place. The upper faces are visible and could be a potential sport climb venue. i don't know who owns it or what the plan is for the place. this quarry is South west of Calver Sough just after the road starts to go down hill again towards Hassop grid SK 232 734. Now that the bolting guru has retired it could be a new project??
Apparently, from what I've been told, the entire quarry is due to be landscaped and the hillside returned to what it was before it was quarried. But who knows
