Scramble north down a bouldery cave from the nick, the last step down is tricky with no exposure but a fall down the "hole" looks like a very bad idea. Insitu anchor was good earlier in the summer, can use it as a hand rail to get to cave floor.
I did the abseil on a doubled over 60m rope but I'm fairly sure 50m is fine. 25m in the scrambling guide.
