Hi,
I'm planning a climbing trip to the UK (I'm based in Germany). One (of the many) routes I'd like to do is The Earthsea Trilogy Part 1. I own the 2010 Rockfax "West Country Climbs" guidebook in which the route is still "intact". But from what I've heard, the route suffered a major rockfall some time ago. Could anyone provide me with details of the tour after the rockfall? Is it still E6 6b? Still 3 stars?

Hi Seb, as ebdon alludes to I think this fell down a few years back. The majestic crack that appears within the picture is now an arete from what I gather, with everything to the right of it having fallen down (which is clearly very alarming).

That said, there's always Earthsea Trilogy Part 2 and 3 in Lundy + South Devon to go at

Thanks. Yes, seen it. It's the text from the 2010 guidebook. The rockfall must've occured some time after the book was issued.
