Hello!

I was wondering if anyone had any tips specifically aimed at female climbers. Like training tips or programmes? Or specific ways you have thought about technique?

Furthermore if any one has any poistive stories about their experienec climbing as a woman, it would be nice to hear them.

It may not help but the best women climbers I've climbed with never considered themselves to be women climbers - just climbers.
