Is there anywhere in the UK that has juggy, overhanging low/mid grade sport routes?

i.e. the equivalent of the easiert indoor routes on the main overhanging wall at Leeds Wall / Big Depot (and probably loads of other indoor walls too).

That looks spot on.  A long way but so much of Scotland to explore.  Thanks

That was what I was expecting but hoped for different.

Castleberg at Settle?

The easier routes aren't steep and not worth travelling for. Steep, easy and juggy UK lime is probably going to be loose if there is any

Filey Brigg, surprised no one has said Rubicon yet, that's steep and juggy for the most part

But not exactly flush with low-mid grade sport routes!  Max thread divergence approaching!

I’ve had a walk round and it looks good.  Thanks.

Filey Briggs looks very interesting.  Seemingly no guidebook though.

The answer is no, sadly. There are lots of good crags in that range but they aren't steep and juggy. Presume you're in Yorkshire: Castleberg is good, as is Moughton Nab and Robin Proctors Scar at those grades. Expect technical climbing though.

In reply to spidermonkey09:

yes  Moughton and RPS - much better bets than Castleberg but not steep and juggy until you get into higher grades

I'd never heard of Moughton Nab.  That looks great and is now on my 'to do' list.  RPS was already on the list.  Thanks.

Brilliant.  Thanks.

Don't get too excited about Filey, there's a reason that very few people climb there! Not sure what state the bolts are in, we just did some of the trad on our only visit.
