Going to be taking a couple of non climbers for a weekend of scrambling and would be keen to get a few climbs in. I'll be camping next to Tryfan Fach so that'll make up one evening of climbing.

Is there anywhere else similar to Tryfan Fach? Relatively easy access, lower grades, and importantly, can be led in a single pitch (so less than 60m).

Appreciate any input.

Bit more of a walk but this might fit the bill:

I’d head to the slate, somewhere like The Sidings.

Craig yr undeb or lion rock, both at the other end of Llyn Padarn to Llanberis itself, could be good to look at.  There's a little bit on capel curig pinnacles too that's good for beginners (it's where I learned) but I haven't been in many years.  There's also a couple of lower-grade things on Creigiau llynnau mymbyr - park for Plas y brenin.

Craig y tonneau (?) Gets mentioned when this kind of question comes up. I've not yet managed to get there so no idea what it's like in this weather and if it's midgy etc.
