Some parts are worse than others, and it gets the afternoon sun. So it might take a few hours to dry but I would sat its worth a go. With a wind blowing the expressway wall would dry quickly (but also be exposed to that wind!). If its unclimbable then you have Castle Inn or Llanddulas as back up options?
