Single pitch trad climbing in the sun

Looking to teach a complete set of beginners for a week in the sun in either Northern Spain, Southern France, Italy or Slovenia.

Need to have access to the top of the crag to teach set-ups / abseils etc.

Anyone got any ideas? Would be great if this was near a campsite or bunkhouse.
