I am looking for recommendations about the best bone conduction headphones in 2019. I heard about aftershokz, Panasonic and KScat. What will you guys prefer to use? and which model?

Why do I get the feeling a kind 'Lfriend' will be along shortly to spam us with a recommendation?

I tried those and didn't like them.  I found they vibrated my head too much, and the sound was pretty poor compared to headphones.

Environment is a consideration.  I bought them for the gym, which was a spectacularly dim thing to do - I was hearing AC/DC through the Aftershokz and crappy pop music from the gym sound setup at the same time.  (What on earth was I thinking?)  I imagine they'd be great for runners, though: music plus situational awareness.

I use them for exactly that, you can hear you music and with the volume set correctly all the birds and wildlife and be aware of approaching cars. I have the aftersokz titanium too and think they are great
