Is anyone doing the race this weekend?
If you are, I'm on the Storey Arms checkpoint from 7am - 1pm Saturday - say hello if you come through and good luck for long or short course entrants.

Just back home, weather was pretty grim at times through the morning with heavy rain showers, cold and windy, runners had to keep moving well to keep body temperature up or else risk problems. Lovely evening though, for those that went into darkness.
All went very well and most enjoyable marshalling a relaxed event, first time it's been organised by Shane so great that there were no unforeseen problems etc. very smooth organisation. First 3 runners (on full route) came in virtually together in just over 11hr 30m - I think a new record despite the conditions?
Almost tempted myself for next year!!
