Just got back from a long run and a miracle!
I knew it was a mistake to go on a long run today. I did a long run the other day and wasn't properly recovered. Half way round the run today I was knackered. I wasn't going to make it. If only I had brought a Mars Bar. Just at the point of collapse I passed a tin of Celebrations which someone had put on their garden wall as a festive gesture. I was saved! It was a miracle. I knew without looking that the house number would be 34.
