Trying to help my mum pair an ant+ hr strpa to her forerunner 15 and 25.  I cant see any options for systems and accessories  on the forerunner 15. I know the garmin one toy just  place them close together  and they sync. 

I had just quick go at the weekend but could see how to do it.  What is the process?

Are you sure these have ant+ as a feature? Had a quick look at the specs and I couldn't see any mention of ANT+. If it has it I'd expect it to be under Settings>Sensors and accessories

Same method for both.

Put the strap on so it can detect your heart rate.

Hold the watch within 1cm.

Press the run button.

It should pair.

If the battery is taken out and replaced you need to leave it out for at least 30seconds for the strap to reset.

Then you need to put it on to activate it as above. 

Cheers. I'll give a go when I'm next there. I must admit it was bit rushed the other night.  Once paired will they stay paired or will  she need to do it evertime? 

They stay paired.

the strap will turn off when not used so she’ll have to put it on and wait for it to wake up and reestablish the connection though.
