General conditions Cairngorm and around

just wondering what the current conditions are like ? Snow line, how icy, how rocky etc

debating whether to take skis and assessing how suitable it would be to introduce a friend to the joys of ski touring. Not after radical descents but nor do we want an ice-fest on the tops.
willing to head to Meagaidh, Monadlaith, Fannichs for variety

thanks in advance

In reply to Tim Davies:

Top of Meagaidh was pretty icy on Tuesday -- we kept crampons on after climbing Raeburn's and needed them down to the Window. The Window itself was full of snow and down to the lochan would be excellent skiing, but the path in/out is 95% snow-free.

The Fannichs looked great from Beinn Enaiglair yesterday; snowline somewhere between 500m and 600m judging from my photos.
