As per the title is it worth heading north? Thinking of doing Ben macadui and down lurches,

Lurchers looked okay yesterday, but plateau likely to be very scoured. We did 2 short days and pretty much stayed close to the pistes given scoured elsewhere. 

Meggie however today would've been great on the plateau etc and down from the Window. Prob a mile or so of a carry before you get your skis on though and hard neve everywhere (some pockets of soft windblown, but mainly on steep ground) Pics showing conditions (not skiing though) last few days www.facebook.com/HighlandAscents

Thanks for the info guys unfortunately a sudden reoccurring back injury has me sat in front of the fire with a bottle of red.
