In reply to Mike-W-99:

If its the day I'm thinking of, we climbed Stob Ghabhar from Victoria Bridge. The date isn't correct but the site wouldn't let me give just a year

From my era so I’d be interested to know who the folk are in the image apart from being named two Dave’s & a Doug? Cheers

In reply to Al Todd:

The Doug is me, we were all based in Aberdeen at the time, myself as a postgrad student, the others worked in oil related jobs. We were often at Colin & Karen's place in Braemar around then - I climbed & skied with both of them when they were both students.

In reply to Doug:

Definitely Stob Ghabhar looking over Loch Tulla to Beinn a Chreachain, Beinn Achalladair and Beinn an Dothaidh. All that's missing  is the GUMC Clashgour hut where I spent many happy weekends in my youth! A very nice late 80's photo, Doug
