hi there

i have recently bought a berghaus extrem crag 45+10 rucksack off a friend. and i struggling keeping the lid from pulling forward once packed and strapped up. are there any instructions on the configurations or can you point me in the right direction

Do you mean the lid comes undone or that the top of the sack / lid moves forward and is very close to your head?

If the straps are slipping check the straps go through the bucles correctly and lock - if they still slip clean the straps in soap water and this may help them from slipping.
