Not sure where to post this but oh well. Basically usually I wouldn’t post as I’ve had a reasonably bad pulley injury in the past. However reasonly when climbing the base of my middle finger is very sensitive, actually crimping and pinching is fine but the base is super painful. This make dynamic movements to holds painful due to impact, I’m unsure what this injury is and whether to carry on through it.... any advice. Note I took a couple of weeks off after first feeling this but first session back it returns.
