mum and bairn (age 10) want to move to an area in the uk where there is easy access (non driver)to outdoor bouldering/climbing for both of us and also really good indoor walls. the outdoor bit is probably more important, average ex-climber and keen walker and don't want to live right in town, but again need access to all other amenities. cheers for now.

cheers, i'm looking into the transport/schools/shops/other outdoor activities and all other 'life' stuff for sheffield, so if no-one else lives anywhere remotely interesting/desirable then i can't wait to pack up me bairn (and the cave) and join you all in the wild wild west....
