Hi,

I was climbing about 6 weeks ago and when I jumped off a traverse my foot got stuck and my knee twisted. I felt it straight away.

It's been bothering me ever since. Occasionally painful, but that has subsided. It feels stiff and limited when I walk.

Any suggestions?

Thanks
In reply to climber007: go to your GP?

In reply to climber007: Normally I would, but he's really poor.
In reply to climber007: get a new one. it's not hard to swap.

In my location I can self refer to an NHS Physio.

In reply to climber007: Most GP's are ok, but remember they aren't specialised in the musculoskeltal system. Go and seek physio advise asap (either through your GP or privately). http://www.csp.org.uk/your-health/find-physio/physio2u will help you locate a Csp registered physio in private practice.

If you gave your location, someone could maybe give a more precise physio recommendation

You shouldn't judge a man by how much money he has.
