we're going down in november (a friend is going in the kite surfing championships) apart from getting totally twisted at night i'll be gettin some bouldering in especially at carn brea. Any way anyone stayed at safi? It sounds pretty good on their site. Any recommendations for good nights out? (ie not commercial trance dives, any chilled clubs or techno or breakbeat venues?) Thanks all.

In reply to captain brownsword: All the gay lords hang out at the back of the bus station, there is a staircase that leeds down to this botty banger gaff. I think its wright up you passage (back Passage)!

I've never been there myself but I have an analy obsessed friend that has. as for bouldering you can't go more than 2 feet off the ground due to a cold finger or some other sad pathetic excuse.

In reply to captain brownsword: oh well i thought someone here would know at least a good bar to go to so as not to end up in some commercial cattle market which i know there is many of in newquay, never mind we'll just have to take our chances.

In reply to captain brownsword: There is a club that is specialist in the sort of music your after, can't remember the name all I remember is it's over the road from Walkabout and DJ Format was awesome there. Pretty certain there is bouldering on Carn Brea, and I'm pretty certain i've seen it documented, Javu.co.uk perhaps?
