Last Friday I ordered the El Chorro miniguide receiving the confirmation from Worldpay but since then I've been unable to download it. The site asks me to pay again. I'm signed in and can download the other miniguides.

I filled in the problem form later on Friday evening and again on Monday but haven't had a response from Rockfax.

HAs anyone else had a problem?

How long does it usually take Rockfax to respond?

Alan is currently away on holiday, which is why he'll be slower to reply to emails than normal.
