In reply to Mick Ryan - UKClimbing.com:

I liked this article in places and am currently working my way through his book. I have found it really interesting and (not sure if it's because of what I read) already I have climbed a grade higher (nearly 2!). Perhaps more worth noting is that I have enjoyed my climbing more. As a beginner with not a great deal of experience tucked under my belt I hope that it will help me lay good foundations for the experience and the mental training and approach I take on things.

In reply to Mick Ryan - UKClimbing.com: Excellent. After recent failures on classics. I did get very unset with myself, for falling. But now i think of it, i didn't half learn a hell of alot!

Thanks
Ian
