Ben Moon on the Cuillin Ridge?

Apparantly, up there with Chris Plant and Ben Pritchard.....so I was told.

Better watch his blog for a report.

High E number Katherine Schirrmacher was up there the other week too.

The trad revolution continues.

In reply to Mick Ryan - UKClimbing.com: As an aside, it's nice to see Tyler blogging about repeating 'Ode to the Modern Man' which Daniel Woods gave V15, and about putting up his new V13 'The Power of Ten'.

And I thought all the folk last week with shoulder bags and bouldering mats walking into the Cuillin were just a touch wee bit optimistic with their protection methods for trad climbing or a traverse of the Cuillin Ridge....!!!!!

Seriously though there seemed to be more boulderers about than actual trad climbers....

In reply to Mick Ryan - UKClimbing.com: The only thing in Scotland to get a Rockfax Guide, must be all the climbing they think exists here.

I saw them on the ridge on Saturday. Thought it was Ben Moon, but then wondered if I was suffering from the heat and had imagined it.

They appeared to be doing the traverse, but I don't know how they got on. One of their party dropped out above Coire a'Ghrunnda.

Moon now plans to do a few Corbetts before tackling any more Munros. Si O'Conner said he'd done the line years ago and it was path.
