In reply to Daveuk:

'Hard Grit' is the classic starting point.

'First Ascent' is recent and super dopper.

'Dosage IV' is recent and very good.

'King Lines' is just new and is likely to be good but I've not seen it yet as I only got it yesterday.

'Pyched' is new and hopefully worth a look.

Stone Money is a classic but wouldn't be my first choice.

Agree with the above, Stone Monkey is a classic but I would recommend a more modern film as a first choice.

King Lines has some spectacular scenery/lines and is really inspiring - and the DWS segments provide some exciting falls! However, if you want scary trad, Hard Grit is the benchmark and Committed/Set in Stone are worth a look. Dosage 4 is very varied and covers pretty much everything from bouldering to big walls.

You'll find clips/details on the film makers sites and youtube:
http://www.bigupproductions.com/
https://www.posingproductions.com/video.php
http://www.kinglinesmovie.com/extras.html - download the extras from king lines

You can't really go wrong with any of these, they are all quality productions and stand out from the crowd.

When I said 'Pyched' I really meant 'Psyche'.
