North Wales based climber Chris Davies has repeated Power of Goodbye (Font 8B/+) at Malatatal, Austria, a problem first climbed by power house Klem Loskot in 2001.

Good on him. I remember seeing him and Mark Katz attempting the problem that became XXXX at the Bowderstone. Nice, pleasent chaps-good to see he's still pulling stuff off.

In reply to Jack Geldard - Editor - UKC: Soory James, no footage! It was pretty much -10 to -22 every day, so it was a case of pull on for an attempt, and then hide for a bit. We just about bothered taking photographs. To cold for buggering about I'm afraid, Chris.

Sweet. Well done for repaying everyone else's faith in you, and making my lack of it look stupid.

And occasionally it's nice to hear of a Switzerland 8b/+ in the news that Pearson hasn't flashed.
