Aran Mts Mid Wales - latest on Access

Does anyone know the latest position on access to the routes on the Arans - I recall there was always a problem there with the local farmer ( permissive path only etc)

secondly, I'm sure they have plenty of snow/ice at the moment, but if anyone knows differently let me know.
