Key to our success is that retail staff have the knowledge and expertise to talk to their customers with confidence about our products. You’ll travel extensively throughout the northern half of the UK, from Nottingham up to Scotland, visiting key accounts, where you’ll be responsible for the motivation and training of retail personnel. Your goals will be to promote the products, and develop excellent working relationships – ultimately increasing sales through effective account development.

We’re looking for someone who can understand The North Face lifestyle and our customers.

So, you’ll either have retail experience and ideally be working for an outdoor lifestyle brand, or you may be an outdoor enthusiast yourself, working in the retail sector.

The ability to influence a retail team is essential and you’ll need strong communication skills to train people effectively. You’ll need to be highly motivated and organised to cover this large territory and there will be regular travel away from home. In return, we offer an attractive salary plus car and great benefits.
