I ended up at round barn quarry today and believe i climbed a new route, the arete to the left of the pross, taking it direct using undercuts, levargaes and rock overs then long reaches and a small crimp. It finishes up the crack of The Pross. The hole below the neb is not used and the starting crack of The Pross is not used. I.e it is completly direct.
I have two problems:
1)i have no idea of the grade. it may be possible to get some friends in the break but apart from that the only gear is at the top in the break and crack. no side runners as it would be cheating and hard to reach across and arrange.
the hardest move about 3m up and is about 6a/b then higher up a move of 5c/6a to gain the break.
The landing is fairly good.
What E grade do people suggest i have no idea. But it cuts a E1 in half!
2)where do i regeister it as a new route?
If people can let me know their views on both points it will be cool
