NEWS: Sharma Climbs Pachamama - F9a+

[Chris Sharma - new F9a+ 320, 6 kb]On Friday the 29th of May Chris Sharma succeeded on his project at Oliana Spain. The route is now named Pachamama and Chris estimates the grade as hard F9a+.

The name, Pachamama, refers to a goddess revered by the indigenous people of the Andes, roughly the equivalent of our Mother Earth.

In reply to UKC News: What does he mean by resistant style of climbing? I like the sound of it. Next time I fail on a route I'm going to say that the style of climbing was too resistant :-D
